How We Work

We carry all the equipment we need for your detail.  However as we need power and water to provide our service, the location we do your detail requires:

    • A Tap to connect our hose within 30m. We carry a range of fittings to connect directly to your tap.
    • A standard 10A Power Point within 20m.  To ensure electrical safety, we can not join two extension leads together.
    • Enough space to open doors on both sides of the vehicle 
    • Please note if the vehicle is in direct sunlight, it may take a little longer to detail the exterior as we will need to work in sections to ensure we don't leave water spots behind.

    • Wheel Wash
      • We start with the wheels as this is normally the dirtiest part of the vehicle.
      • An all purpose cleaner or wheel wash is first applied to the tyre and wheels
      • We will then agitate with a wheel brush to loosen the dirt and grime
      • Then we will use a microfibre wheel mit to finish the clean with wheels with a ph neutral car wash
      • The wheel will then be rinsed with a pressure washer
    • Pre Wash to remove loose dirt and grime
      • A pre wash is essential to reduce chance of scratching the paint.  
      • A pre wash involves covering the vehicle in either snow foam or a rinse less wash to start emulsifying the dirt and grime on the car and pull anything loose straight off. 
      • We then rinse this off with a pressure washer.  The dirt is encapsulated in the lubricated suds and won't scratch your paint.
    • Hand Wash with lubrication to prevent damaging your paint
      • We then spray the vehicle again with snow foam to add lubrication for the hand wash
      • We then use the two bucket method to hand wash the exterior in sections rinsing the microfibre wash mit before dunking back into the soapy water to ensure any grit is not reintroduced to the surface to prevent scratches
      • Depending on shading, this may be rinsed off with a pressure washer in sections or once the vehicle is fully hand washed.
    • Hand Dry
      • We will then use a microfibre drying towel to dry the vehicle spraying a ceramic gloss as we go to provide both lubrication for the towel (again to reduce the chance of scratches) and add some extra bling to the vehicle.  Don't worry the ceramic gloss is compatible with ceramic coatings and paint protection films.

    Bring Back the Bling Wash

    • Premium Wheel Wash
      • We start with the wheels as this is normally the dirtiest part of the vehicle.
      • A special purpose wheel wash with iron remover is first applied to the tyres, wheels and wheel arches and let dwell for a few minutes
      • We will then agitate with a wheel brush to loosen the dirt and grime
      • We will also agitate the grim on the wheel arches with a brush
      • Then we will use a microfibre wheel mit to finish the clean with wheels with a ph neutral car wash
      • The wheels and wheel arches will then be rinsed with a pressure washer
      • Where required this will be repeated to ensure the wheels have the bling
    • Pre Wash to remove loose dirt and grime
      • A pre wash is essential to reduce chance of scratching the paint.  
      • A pre wash involves covering the vehicle in either snow foam or a rinse less wash to start emulsifying the dirt and grime on the car and pull anything loose straight off. 
      • We then rinse this off with a pressure washer.  The dirt is encapsulated in the lubricated suds and won't scratch your paint.
    • Hand Wash with lubrication to prevent damaging your paint
      • We then spray the vehicle again with snow foam to add lubrication for the hand wash
      • We then use the two bucket method to hand wash the exterior in sections rinsing the microfibre wash mit before dunking back into the soapy water to ensure any grit is not reintroduced to the surface to prevent scratches
      • Depending on shading, this may be rinsed off with a pressure washer in sections or once the vehicle is fully hand washed.
    • Decontamination
      • Your paint will be decontaminated with an iron remover spray and decontamination clay towel to remove embedded iron, industrial fall out and other contaminates from the paint.  This will remove any rust spots caused by contamination.  Note it will not remove rust caused by paint chips.
    • Hand Dry 
      • We will then use a microfibre drying towel to dry the vehicle spraying a ceramic gloss as we go to provide both lubrication for the towel (again to reduce the chance of scratches) and add some extra bling to the vehicle.  Don't worry the ceramic gloss is compatible with ceramic coatings and paint protection films.
    • Tyre Protection
      • We will then apply tyre protection to provide UV protection and a new tyre gloss.  Don't worry this won't get slung onto the side of your car like some tyre coatings can do.

    Interior Bling

    • Dust 
      • Dust interior surfaces with a detailing brush to capture the hard to get places
    • Clean Hard Surfaces
      • Clean all hard surfaces with a microfibre cloth and ph neutral interior trim cleaner appropriate for the surface
    • Vacuum
      • Vacuum carpets, mats and seats in all areas
    • Deep Clean Carpets and Mats
      • Scrub carpets and mats with a carpet cleaner and brush to get to the deep dirt and grime to bring them back to life
      • Wipe off with a microfibre cloth 
    • Seat Clean
      • Clean leather seats with a leather cleaner and microfibre cloth
      • Clean fabric seats with a fabric cleaner and microfibre cloth
    • Protect
      • Finish hard surfaces with a matte protection layer to provide UV protection to prevent deterioration and provide anti-static properties to repel dust.  This will not negatively affect any ceramic coating that may already be on the surface.
      • Protect Leather seats with a ceramic leather coating providing UV protection, help prevent dye transfer from clothing, and repel liquids and dirt.
    • Internal Glass Clean
      • Thoroughly clean the internal windows and the front and rear windscreens with an automotive glass cleaner providing a streak free finish whilst not damaging window tinting that may be installed. Our glass cleaner is ammonia free. 

    Bring Back The Bling Package

    Exterior
    • Premium Wheel Wash
      • We start with the wheels as this is normally the dirtiest part of the vehicle.
      • A special purpose wheel wash with iron remover is first applied to the tyres, wheels and wheel arches and let dwell for a few minutes
      • We will then agitate with a wheel brush to loosen the dirt and grime
      • We will also agitate the grime on the wheel arches with a brush
      • Then we will use a microfibre wheel mit to finish the clean with wheels with a ph neutral car wash
      • The wheels and wheel arches will then be rinsed with a pressure washer
      • Where required this will be repeated to ensure the wheels have the bling
    • Pre Wash to remove loose dirt and grime
      • A pre wash is essential to reduce chance of scratching the paint.
